Justin Leach has over 14 years experience in intellectual property (IP) practices, including patent and trademark rights procurement and related IP asset management, enforcement, and defense. His principal focus has been in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a wide array of technology areas.
Trusted with high value patent portfolios by companies in the Fortune 50 and 500, Mr. Leach has a thorough understanding of U.S. and PCT patenting processes, and proven track record of meeting time-sensitive deadlines, while exceeding client expectations. While his practice has predominately focused on multinational companies operating in the field of aerospace and microelectronics, Mr. Leach also enjoys advising smaller companies in developing IP portfolios and assisting with innovative product design.
Prior to joining Klintworth & Rozenblat IP, Mr. Leach was a partner at the law firm of Lorenz & Kopf (formerly Ingrassia, Fisher & Lorenz).

■ Representing a leading manufacture of aircraft components and systems including gas turbine engine components (compressors, casing treatments, shrouds, combustors, turbines, vanes, and blades), avionic display systems, high temperature sensors and actuators, cabin outflow valves and various other airborne valves, pressure regulating systems, fuel metering systems, superalloy compositions, and high temperature coating systems.
■ Representing a leading manufacture of spacecraft components and systems including reaction wheel arrays, control moment gyroscopes, launch equipment, optical devices, satellite design, and isolation devices.
■ Representing a leading manufacture of microelectronics engaged in semiconductor and MEMS fabrication, packaging, and integration into larger electronic systems, including systems having radio frequency communication capabilities.
■ Representing a leading manufacture of specialty materials including wear resistant and inorganic high temperature materials, as well as high temperature electromagnetic devices containing such materials.
■ Representing a leading manufacture of motor vehicles including battery charging systems, vibrational isolation devices, engine components, user graphical interfaces, and vehicular heating and cooling systems.
■ Representing a leading manufacture of defense technologies and munitions, including smart munitions equipped with multimodal seeker devices.
■ Representing a client on the cutting edge of water purification through the usage of ultraviolet treatment and electrocoagulation technologies.
