Justin Leach has over 14 years experience in intellectual property (IP) practices, including patent and trademark rights procurement and related IP asset management, enforcement, and defense. His principal focus has been in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a wide array of technology areas.
Trusted with high value patent portfolios by companies in the Fortune 50 and 500, Mr. Leach has a thorough understanding of U.S. and PCT patenting processes, and proven track record of meeting time-sensitive deadlines, while exceeding client expectations. While his practice has predominately focused on multinational companies operating in the field of aerospace and microelectronics, Mr. Leach also enjoys advising smaller companies in developing IP portfolios and assisting with innovative product design.

■ Representing a leading manufacture of spacecraft components and systems including reaction wheel arrays, control moment gyroscopes, launch equipment, optical devices, satellite design, and isolation devices.
