Mr. Bosworth has decades (over 40 years) of experience in intellectual property, focusing his practice on counseling clients on all aspects of their intellectual property portfolio, including obtaining trademark registrations and policing trademarks worldwide, as well as preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the chemical and mechanical arts.
Mr. Bosworth has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting trademark applications (Over 1,000 applications filed) along with counseling clients on trademark portfolios and providing opinions regarding use and registration of trademarks.
Prior to joining Klintworth and Rozenblat IP, Mr. Bosworth was with the IP Boutique of IPxLaw Group LLP, and Buchanan Ingersoll LLP, Burns Doane Swecker & Mathis, and Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, and Chevron Corporation.
